DIRECTIONS

Apply exfoliant to wet skin with your fingers, gently working it into your skin in circular motions, avoiding your eye area. May be used on feet to help remove dead skin cells. Rinse thoroughly but gently with lukewarm water. Use 2-3 times per week.

Nice Exfoliator.

Really love this cleanser but found it worked best if I kept the bottle turned upside down so all of the exfoliants are not down on the bottom of the bottle.
